Berry Bliss Triple Layer Parfait

Berry Bliss Triple Layer Chia Pudding

Creamy chia pudding layered with yogurt and fresh berry puree. A simple, healthy parfait you’ll want to make again and again.

Chill Time 2 hours
Total Time 2 hours 15 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fruit puree (strawberry, raspberry, or mixed berries)
  • Fresh berries, kiwi, or pomegranate seeds for topping

Equipment

Method

  1. Make the chia pudding: In a bowl or jar, whisk together chia seeds, milk, and honey (if using). Stir well, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. The seeds will swell and form a pudding-like texture.
  2. Prepare the puree: Blend your choice of berries until smooth. If you like it thicker, skip blending and just mash with a fork.
  3. Layer it up: Spoon chia pudding into the bottom of a glass, add a layer of yogurt, then spread fruit puree on top.
  4. Finish with toppings: Add fresh berries, kiwi slices, or pomegranate seeds. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

How to Serve
This parfait is as versatile as it gets:
  • Breakfast – Add granola on top for crunch and enjoy it with coffee or tea.
  • Snack – Keep one in the fridge for an afternoon pick-me-up.
  • Dessert – Dress it up with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.
It’s one of those recipes that I keep coming back to.
