- Make the chia pudding: In a bowl or jar, whisk together chia seeds, milk, and honey (if using). Stir well, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. The seeds will swell and form a pudding-like texture.

- Layer it up: Spoon chia pudding into the bottom of a glass, add a layer of yogurt, then spread fruit puree on top.
